This lot, located in the historic center of Loulé, very close to the Market and the City Hall, had a narrow building of just 68.5 foot wide.

The project tried to take advantage of the existing backyard to expand the existing building, thus seeking to significantly improve the habitability of that space.

A garage entrance was placed in part of the backyard as thiswas an indispensable requirement in this area.

Contrary to what you would expect for the layout of the lot, the living room is, in this case, the center of the house. The lack of natural light was solved with an ingenious interior patio. This patio results in an extremely pleasant space associated with the most public areas of the house.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The patio also provides a very interesting atmosphere to the suite on the 1st floor.
