SENTIRE
The name SENTIRE came from the passion for Italy and for the Italian language, after a professional experience divided between Portugal and Italy.
The word Sentire has a double meaning in the Italian language. It can mean "feel", but it also means "hear". There seems to be an almost scientific, explanation for this, since sound is transmitted by mechanical waves that are "felt" by the eardrum and interpreted by our brain.
The choice of the name Sentire thus arises, not only from a sensitivity component associated with art in general, but also from an increasing need for people to listen to each other. In a reality in which, more and more, in a digital world, there is only interest in speaking without wanting to listen, we, at Sentire, want to reiterate the importance of listening to each other, giving all the attention to our customers.
Our team
Patrícia Varela
Responsible for the Conservation & Restoration departmentGraduated in Cultural Heritage and Archeology from the University of Algarve and Master in Conservation and Restoration Sciences from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon.
Has a diverse professional experience in the area of Conservation and Restoration acquired at the Municipal Museum of Faro and in private companies in Lisbon and in Rome (Italy).
She is passionate about Heritage. Working directly with Heritage and Art, and actively contributing to its preservation, is what most excites her.
Rui Moura Jerónimo
Responsible for the Architecture departmentMaster in Architecture from Instituto Superior Técnico of the University of Lisbon, he is an effective member of the Order of Architects. He later returned to study to become a Master in Statistics and Information Management with a specialization in Market Research and CRM from NOVA IMS at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
He has acquired already an extensive professional experience with his integration in companies in Lisbon, in the Algarve and in Rome (Italy).
What fascinates him most is being able to influence people's daily lives, transforming their lives for the better.
