This preliminary study project for a plot in Alfontes sought to make the most of the 160 m2 of construction allowed in order to create a 3 bedroom holiday home.

The 500 m2 plot had a very narrow space and was limited by the construction distances to neighboring lots. We took the opportunity to open the house to the interior of the lot, thus maintaining some privacy, both in relation to the road and in relation to other dwellings.

The garage space is open, to respect the construction areas, and is outlined by the upper floor that swings over the side of the building.

As for the terrace, located on the top floor, it will allow greater enjoyment of the surroundings and the view of the pool.
